“Welcome” Checklist
- Thermostats – are preset and turned on remotely in advance of your scheduled arrival by the owner, call before you try to adjust the Nest thermostats. The settings keep the house at about 70 degrees, the downstairs is usually set a degree to two lower (68-69) as it feels slightly warmer. If settings are changed it takes a few hours to actually feel the temperature change.
- Supplies – Shopping List (attached) lists supplies usually kept at the home, ask if the previous guests snapped pics of the pantry and fridge for a closer look of what you need to shop for.

“Before You Return Home” Checklist:
1. Remove perishables (less than one month shelf life) from the refrigerator, pantry & kitchen counter. If you have a chance, take a few quick pics of the pantry shelves and the fridge and freezer and email to the owner so other guests may have a glimpse of what they may want to bring.
2. Lock & close all doors behind you. Make sure you actually see the garage door close completely.
